Make A Booking
The booking process for Dynamic DJ’s is convenient and online. We offer varying ways to pay your deposit and any subsequent payment/s. If you are not comfortable booking online then just complete a contact form and provide us with all the details of the booking (date, times, venue, etc) and we will book your event in for you. Please note we only service the Hunter Region of NSW incorporating Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Hunter Wineries and Newcastle City & Metro Area.

Before you book though we recommend you check our availability to ensure we have a DJ still available for your event date. Once we confirm a booking back to you via email your DJ is locked in and guaranteed to show up.

If you have not done so already please obtain a online quote first (or call us for one) so we can confirm your booking price. Once you know the agreed price click the button below and complete the online booking form. If you experience difficulties with the online booking form or do not receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours then please contact us so we can assist you or investigate further.

NOTE: Bookings received without deposits will be processed and an email will be sent to you indicating your booking is “pending receipt of the deposit”. Once the deposit is received a formal confirmation is emailed with details for completing required forms and song requests online. The deposit required for all bookings is $110.00 (schools, associations, venues, agencies & corporate bookings exempted).
Payment Methods
Deposits and payment of outstanding balances can be paid by any of the following methods. Select tab below corresponding to the method that is most convenient for you.
Online Bank Transfer

Direct Deposit into our bank account: GREATER BANK BSB: 637000 Account: 780705981. Use your name and event date as a reference e.g. ‘Sutton121011’. Allow 24-48 hours for the payment to hit our bank account following which we will email you acknowledging receipt of your deposit/payment and confirm details of your booking.

PayPal or Credit Card
You can pay using your paypal balance and/or credit card by connecting to our Secure Payment Gateway. You enter the details of your event, the amount you wish to pay then progress through to the fully secure PayPal web site where you can either pay using your credit card (you do not have to be a paypal registered user) OR you can login and pay using your own paypal account.

NOTE:  a surcharge of 2% applies for paypal transactions and will show as GST on your payment receipt. A receipt and/or confirmation is issued for all payments received. Use our email address “mail@dynamicdjs.com.au” for your paypal payment.

Availability Checker
Click the link below to check our availability. If we do have availability great, you can go ahead and book online knowing that we will have a DJ available for your event. If we don’t have any availability then sorry, it means we are really busy on this date BUT do not despair, we usually hold back 1 or 2 booking slots in reserve so if you are really keen to book our services or you struggle to find another DJ please give us a call as we maybe able to help.
